The short version

Black Sheep Insurance Benefits Group collects only the information needed to answer your question, discuss coverage or begin a conversation about agent contracting. We do not use website form submissions to sell visitor information or make it public.

Information you choose to provide

Depending on the form you use, you may provide:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your state and the best time to contact you.
• The type of coverage, products or agent support that interests you.
• Your mailing-list preferences and permission to receive email updates.
• Anything you choose to write in a message.

Please do not submit Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, medical or health details, passwords, payment information or other sensitive personal information through these forms.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your request or question.
• Discuss coverage options that may be available in your location.
• Talk with agents or agencies about contracting, training and support.
• Send the Black Sheep newsletters and updates you requested.
• Keep reasonable business records and protect the website from misuse or spam.

Submitting a form does not enroll you in an insurance plan, create an agent contract or guarantee that a particular product is available.

How form messages are delivered

This website uses Formspree to securely deliver form submissions to Black Sheep. Formspree may process and temporarily store the information needed to provide that service. Its handling of data is also governed by the Formspree Privacy Policy.

Messages are also delivered to Black Sheep's business email. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website, respond to you or provide a service you request. If you choose to move forward with coverage, additional information and notices may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable business or legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or securely dispose of it.

Cookies and website activity

Black Sheep has not intentionally added advertising trackers or behavioral advertising cookies to this Phase 1 website. The website host and Formspree may process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser type or security data, to deliver the site, prevent spam and keep their services working.

Your choices

You may ask what information you submitted through the website, request a correction or ask us to delete it, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. You may unsubscribe from mailing-list emails at any time. You may also choose to contact Allison directly instead of using a website form.
